Modular Prefabricated Laboratory System Description
1. The laboratory-specific door has a unique integrated structural design. The door frame adopts a specialized wrapped right-angle frame, and the door panel adopts a sandwich structure, with a high-strength anti-collision solid core in the middle. The outer layer is attached with various surface materials through a special process. The hardware is specially configured, with high strength, good airtightness, good chemical and heat resistance, and can be cleaned with conventional laboratory cleaning agents.
2. The flexible modular wall panel series is prefabricated in the factory and is a part of the standard modular laboratory building. It can be designed and customized according to the on-site requirements. The clear functional design in the early stage simplifies the complex installation in different areas. The wall panels can meet different levels of requirements for sound insulation, fire prevention, and airtightness.
