The Challenge:
A leading electronics manufacturer in India needed to rapidly expand its production capacity with a new ISO Class 7 cleanroom. The primary challenges were an aggressive timeline and a lack of local expertise in delivering integrated critical environment solutions.
The Oraw Solution:
Acting as the sole-source EPC contractor, Oraw provided a complete turnkey package. This included detailed design, full MEP installation, and the supply of all core cleanroom equipment—featuring our own manufactured, high-performance FFUs and pass-thrus. Utilizing BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology from the outset, we identified and resolved potential construction conflicts virtually, preventing costly delays and rework on site.
The Result:
The project was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule and passed all performance tests on the first attempt, achieving the stringent ISO 14644-1 Class 7 certification. The client commended our integrated approach, which eliminated interface risks and provided them with a single point of accountability for both construction and equipment performance.
