The Intelligent Construction Project of Vivo’s production base (Phase 1), located in Nan’an District, Chongqing, is the sole production base for vivo smartphones in the southwestern region of China. The entire project covers a building area of 346,000 square meters. Utilizing a visualized management platform, the smart factory operation and maintenance management system integrates existing information system data resources within the factory area. By employing digital twin technology, the system replicates the real factory area to achieve various comprehensive management functions, including environmental monitoring, energy consumption monitoring, as well as operation and maintenance management.
